We have asked every travellers to review their holays and publish them on our website to help potential customers dece on their holays to Vietnam with us.
We have not edited any comments, It's important that our travellers are able to form their own opinions of a particular Vietnam holay or tours, independently from information given by either the operators or our tour gues. So we don't alter any of the reviews and we also publish all reviews, (except in certain extreme cases), that we are sent legitimately after we have asked people to send them in.

Hello,

  Just a note to let you know that we have arrived home safely and are doing well.  I, we, can't thank you enough for all of your hard work to create a fantastic trip for us.  Everything went as smoothly as possible and nothing was out of place.  We felt very fortunate to be able to have a personal guide and car for every part of the journey.  I don't know how we could have done it without you and your helpful staff.  The guides were so helpful and informative.  They truely know the areas and the people and were just a blessing to have.  Our guide in Sapa, Hanh Huong went completely above and beyond by suggesting and extra side trip to Lai Chau which was wonderful.  I can't say enough about the guides.  Their english was great and they all had super senses of humor.  We really felt, by them traveling with us so much that they were like family. 

  I would and will recommend you and your company to anyone wanting to travel Southest Asia.  We are very impressed by the amount of work you put into this to make it all run as smoothly as it did.  You had to contact so many people and hotels and restaurants....it's unbelievable.  We felt very special and that we were treated with the upmost kindness and respect.  At a coulple of points we asked the guides to make a few small changes and they were so accommodating (Viet in Hoi An even stopped by the ATM and helped us make a withdrawl) and Thong in Hanoi took us to see the Hoa Lo Prison, which wasn't on the schedule but we really wanted to see it and he just said "no problem".  Loi in Saigon was so funny and we enjoyed all the visiting with him and the driver was great.  It was such a pleasure to meet you too.  I wish we had had more time to visit with you and that we hadn't been so tired, but you are just so cute ( you remind me so much of my niece here at home) and so nice to give us some gifts.  We have yet to try the treats but I'm sure they are wonderful.  I love the scarf too.  I only have one more request if you could help me that would be super...I have tried to e-mail our guides to say thank you again and 2 of the e-mails were returned.  I'm sure the addresses are just wrong, and if you could help me to have the correct addresses that would be great.  Our guide in Sapa, Hanh Huong and our guide in Saigon and the Mekong Loi Phuoc.  I'm sure I just wrote things down wrong.  Again, thank you so much and we would very much like to keep in touch and when we have some pictures we will send you some so you can let other clients know what a fantastic trip you put together.  Take care and have a great evening,

We have just returned to our home from Ha Long- Sapa trip in Vietnam. Althought leaving your beautiful country for our country, all exellent experiences still in our memories. We would like to express sincere thanks to your company’s staff for wonderful vacation organization for our company’s staff which made our trip become more and more meaningful. Ha Long Bay is unforgettable in our heart. What we would like to mention here, that is Ha Long has a majestic greatness of beauty with the most famous caves such as Surprising and Heaven and Palace, mingling with them is vertcal cliffs, beautiful and peaceful islands and islets. All things make Ha Long Bay like a splendid and magnificent enermous palace in the universe. More surprising! When we cruised on a luxury Junks to discover Ha Long Bay’s sightseeings, besides marvellous and spark caves, is harmonious and peaceful features of surroundings. It was exellent for us to explore the life of fishing villages. These made peaceful and happy working atmosphere of fishing people. The hotels here were impeccaple. We were thoughtfully enthusiastically served. Wonderfull meals with seafood and good drinks. The bedrooms were very orderly and neatly arranged with warm and comfortable air. In the evening, we took part in the singing and dancing progammes on the board or also we choose silient and gentle places outsidde the board to listen to melodious and romantic musics and look up spark stars in the night sky. After days like a King in Ha Long Bay, we departed Ha Long for Sapa. Different from landscapes of Ha Long, Sapa  has immusurable bamboo forests and green fields. Especially, we enjoyed verdant hills and terraces which we have never seen in our country, these are only  in Sapa in your beautiful country. Everything became more and more perfect when spent some hours  exploring the life of ethnic minorities such as H’Mong, Dzao, Thai people. Also we appriciated strange traditional meals made by friendly local peple. They wore colourful and gardish clothes which were very strange- looking. We think that there no man but feels what wonderful the life when seeing these things in Vietnam. If we have another opportunity for our vacation, we certainly choose Ha Long Bay and Sapa. We will definitely introduce our wonderful experiences in Vietnam to all my friends. I hope that we will return to Vietnam soon. Finally, we would like to give best wishes to Vietnamtripadvisor staff. Hope your company will have more exellent and perfect trip organizations.

I would like to thank Mr. Tran and your staff that made our trip was such a wonderful trip. As I was a leader of my group, I've got no any complaints about the trip from my group. They were very happy to all tours, transportations and meals. Sapa trip was very impressive as well as Halong Bay even though both trips were very short trip.  Wish to going back and staying longer at Sapa next time or maybe other places.  Of course, Vietnamtripadvisor is chosen to be my travel agent to anywhere in Vietnam.  In addition, I have already spread out my recommendation to many of my friends and colleagues.  They will get some questions from them soon.

We have friends who travelled with Vietnam trip advisor and recommended we contact them. Mr Thuc was great they told us. Thanks to them we really enjoyed our recent trip. We were to much experience the local village life as well as the natural beauty and culture.

We spent a long holiday for a visit of Vietnam and Cambodia. My wife and I did start the trip by a flight to Siem Riep and visit Angkor Wat for a few days then go to the North of Vietnam. We enjoyed a mini tour of the major cities Hanoi, Sapa area with seeing H'mong and Dzao minority people in their most colorful costumes, and Halong Bay was a thing no visitor to Vietnam should miss. We together with other fellow passengers explored this natural wonder aboard a luxurious wooden cruise. We ventured to the requisite local floating village. And it was fascinating to witness people’s daily life on the water rather than walk. Keep going on the trip, we just spent 1night in Hue, and other 2nights in Hoi An. We would also enjoy free time to wander at leisure and discover back streets and things off the beaten track, the people and how they live, smaller villages and perhaps some natural wonders, waterfalls Hai Van Pass. And last we went to Ho Chi Minh city, do the tour of the Mekong at the end of the trip. We were also very happy with Vietnam trip advisor’s arrangement of stay in 3 and 4 star accommodation. All of the hotels were really not disappointing, so nice and very near the center. It was really a memorable time for us.

 We really enjoyed the trip you organized. The two hotels were excellent choices with a very good level of service and location. The guide and driver were also very excellent and provided us with a very relaxing and comfortable travelling experience, the guide was very knowledgeable but his English was a little difficult to understand sometimes, but we were able to learn a lot from him and his choice of places to visit was exactly right.

Thanks for your help in arranging this trip for us, we will be planning another one soon!

 I came back home in Hong Kong for few days, and now would write to you some comments on Sapa Trip in the last late March. I thank you very much for your good arrangement on Sapa tour.

 Frankly, it is very wonderful, except for one thing, I think a guide spoke a little of English, might be we are journalists, and we want to learn more about ethnic people living in small villages in Sapa, so it would be a perfect trip if having a better guide.

Aside from that Sapa train is so nice, very clean and good-looking, two of us had a cabin for our own, and it looks so beautiful out of our expectations. Victory Sapa hotel is very worth to staying, have no comments. We felt very satisfied.

We are completing our research on the trip to Vietnam, and feel very well. Thank you again

Thank you so much for the trip Discover North Vietnam 7days/ 6nights, it went very smoothly and met all expectations. We arrived in this morning to Hanoi from Sapa tour and I am planning on exploring the town a bit further. Thank you again from all of us for such a wonderful experience.

I have already recommended you to a family friend that is coming over on the 20th,
I am not sure of the extent of their bookings so I hope that they will contact you if they plan to do tours in the north.

We are flying to Danang tomorrow at 11.30 from there we fly to Ho Chi Minh City to fly home to Sydney on the 22nd.

We are staying our extra night at the Nam Hai 1 and are very happy with the quality of the rooms and the staff.

Overall it was a good experience to come to Vietnam for a trip, it was an eye-opener for myself, and I learnt alot from it. You and your colleagues have been wonderful in helping me to rectify.
 
* Your agency has been very sincere at helping me resolve any problems, you have promptly arrange for an excellent guide on our trip.
* The driver your agency engage is very good at his job, we feel very safe taking his car, and he never fail to amaze me with his excellent driving and patience.
* Hanoi is so charming and interesting!! I have yet explore all of it, the galleries, the bookstores, the museums, the puppet show.. and will definitely be back again! mebbe 2010 to join in the century celebration?? i miss the food here too.. the tomatoes just taste so much better! and i discovered Vietnam food is not just about Pho, there's also the seafood.. the coffee.. the eggs and toast.. the steamboat at sapa.. the fried fishes.. the corner stall near the history museum selling bun cha nem ran.. and the cakes u gave me to bring home... I think we were very blessed to have enjoy such good food at Vietnam
 
Wow, now I'm all geared to plan my next trip to Vietnam.. maybe a HoChiMinh - Hue - Hanoi... Hahaha!!!

How are you ? I had a great time in Sapa.  I enjoyed so much the vietnam food in the street. All in all, I enjoyed the stay in sapa. Everything was very well organized.The train was good and I slept so well on the train :) , our tour guide in sapa was excellent , friendly and knowledgable

Sorry for the delay, was very busy after back to Singapore From your Vietnam

Yes, we enjoy very much in Sapa, especially the home stay, the local family there are very hospitality.   Royal View Hotel is very nice and clean.  We have a very good tour gue during the trekking at Sapa. 

In Hanoi, arrangement is ok for the Hanoi and City Tour.  Especially, Nam Hai Hotel is the best with 02 star class.   Tour gue is excellent during the trip. Your Halong Bay is very miracle and mysterious

 In Generally, We have great trip and have recommended to our friends must visit Vietnam Sapa Halong and Hanoi.
